About the collective

"They found a common denominator in this new idea. They wanted to create positive change for New Orleans, mother nature, and create pieces that made people feel alive, confident, and ready to take on whatever life throws their way. This brand is a tribute to the city of New Orleans and the fierceness of its people."

This story began years ago…

Let’s head back to the early 2000’s… our founders Ben, Carter, and Veronica were attending the same elementary school in New Orleans, Louisiana. Little did they know, that in 2005 – Hurricane Katrina would devastate the city of New Orleans and their childhood homes. In the relocation process, they all three ended up at the same elementary school in Lafayette, Louisiana. There comes a time in the evacuee journey – where some stay in the areas they relocated to and some return home.

It wasn’t until 2020, when the three reconnected. Which is when NOA The Collective (Nature’s Own Art) was born. Carter always had a vision of wanting to start an animal print exclusive clothing company throughout his modeling career – while Ben and Veronica had worked separately in the fashion industry. They found a common denominator in this new idea. They wanted to create positive change for New Orleans, mother nature, and create pieces that made people feel alive, confident, and ready to take on whatever life throws their way.

For each collection, NOA partners with an organization that specializes in animal conservation or natural disaster relief. Proceeds from every purchase will be donated to selected non-profit partners. This brand is a tribute to the city of New Orleans and the fierceness of its people. Join us in becoming a part of Nature’s Own Art.
